Your day is shaped around what you feel like doing, not a fixed itinerary.

• visiting a few wineries at a relaxed pace

• mixing wine tasting with scenery or a long lunch

• lingering longer somewhere you love

• changing plans on the day if the mood shifts

Wine tastings and lunch are paid directly on the day so the itinerary can remain flexible and tailored to you, rather than locking everyone into a fixed schedule or specific venues.

I’m happy to recommend wineries and lunch spots — guests simply pay as they go.

Cancellation Policy – Private Tours

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to be flexible where possible. As a small business operating private tours, the following policy applies:

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to your tour
A full refund will be provided.

Cancellations made 7–13 days prior to your tour
A 50% cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellations made within 7 days of your tour
No refund will be provided.

No shows on the day
No refund will be provided.

Changes & Rescheduling

We’re happy to offer a one-time reschedule with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Third-Party Bookings

Wine tastings, lunch bookings, and other experiences are subject to individual venue policies. Any non-refundable costs incurred may be deducted from your refund.

Weather Policy

Tours operate in most weather conditions. If extreme weather impacts safety or access, an alternative date or full refund will be offered.

Late Arrivals

Please be ready at your scheduled pick-up time. Delays may impact the day’s itinerary.
