  • Yes. All experiences are private bookings only for your group.
    There are no shared tours or strangers.

  • Wine tastings and lunch are paid directly on the day so the itinerary can remain flexible and tailored to you.

    Including tastings would lock the day into a fixed schedule and specific venues. Keeping them separate allows us to move at your pace and adjust plans if you feel like lingering longer somewhere or changing things up. However, bookings are recommended at some vineyards.

    • Coal River Valley - The perfect location for sampling wines from Hobarts World famous vineyards.

    • Huon Valley - scenic routes and boutique producers of fine food and wine.

    • Bruny Island - world famous for its natural beauty and delicious oysters.

    • National Parks - a scenic drive to Mt Field National Park and Russel Falls

    • World Class Distilleries - a full day of whiskey and spirit tasting is a must in Hobart!

    • A mix of wine, scenery, and relaxed lunch stops

    We’re not locked into a single route — these are starting points, not set itineraries. You decide and I’ll make it possible!

  • Usually 6 hours from 10am-4pm. We may start earlier depending on the itinerary chosen.
